With multiple business affiliations Liz is most widely known for owning American Maid Cleaning in Olympia, Washington, Co-ownership in Castle Keepers, and her partnership in Castle Keepers Institute. Liz currently spends the majority of her time running 3 Mastermind Accountability Groups online, overseeing and motivating the staff at American Maid, and one on one coaching for cleaning business owners. With one of the lowest employee turnover measures in the residential industry, Liz is commonly called the Queen of Culture. Using her strategies of Matter, Meaning, Measure, and Accountability she is routinely commissioned to repair and invigorate the company cultures of struggling businesses. Liz is also well known for her voracious reading appetite – averaging well over 60 books per year for the last decade. With 95% being business books, she is a firm believer in continuous education and self-improvement. You will quickly recognize Liz' ability to see what is "right" in every person and situation as well as her unrelenting curiosity about people and their passions. She served as a former ARCSI board member and is a partner in Cleaning Business Builders, where she enjoys mentoring other business owners to realize success in their own businesses. Liz is also a charter member of Cleaning For A Reason and currently partnered with Tom Stewart, Derek Christian, and Troy Knight under the name Castle Keepers operating in Charleston, Greenville, and Atlanta The partnership has leveraged economies of scale with the aim to become a $25 million dollar company within the next 3.5 years.
