Liz currently spends the majority of her time running 3 Mastermind Accountability Groups online, overseeing and motivating the staff at American Maid, and one on one coaching for cleaning business owners. With one of the lowest employee turnover measures in the residential industry, Liz is commonly called the Queen of Culture. Using her strategies of Matter, Meaning, Measure, and Accountability she is routinely commissioned to repair and invigorate the company cultures of struggling businesses. Liz is also well known for her voracious reading appetite – averaging well over 60 books per year for the last decade.
